Last updated: July 8, 2026. These Terms govern your access to and use of Create4Less.com, Create4Less.com Studio, Four, wallet features, AI generation tools, support, and related services.
By creating an account, adding wallet funds, submitting a prompt, uploading source material, requesting a generation, using Four, downloading an output, or otherwise using Create4Less.com, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Review Policy, and any product-specific rules shown in the service.
If you do not agree, do not use Create4Less.com.
Create4Less.com is a cost-aware AI creation studio. It helps users prepare prompts, compare model/settings choices, estimate generation costs, submit AI generation requests to supported providers, organize sessions and assets, and review wallet activity.
Four is the Create4Less.com Studio assistant. Four may suggest prompt improvements, model choices, settings, cost/risk tradeoffs, and likely output-quality considerations. Four's guidance is practical assistance, not a guarantee of performance, legality, originality, commercial safety, or final output quality.
You must be legally able to use Create4Less.com and any wallet/payment features in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your account, password, prompts, uploads, generation activity, wallet activity, and all use that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate account and support information and keep your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support promptly.
Create4Less.com uses a prepaid wallet system. Wallet funds are platform balance for eligible AI generation activity and related Create4Less.com services. Wallet funds are not a bank account, deposit account, stored-value financial product, or cash substitute.
Before a generation, Create4Less.com may show an estimated cost based on the selected model, model option, duration, resolution, image count, audio setting, and other parameters. Estimates are intended to help you make better spending decisions, but they may not cover every possible provider-side issue, pricing change, edge case, tax, processing fee, or technical failure.
When you submit a generation, Create4Less.com may reserve the estimated amount in your wallet. Completed billable generations are settled through the wallet ledger. Failed or cancelled generations may release reserved amounts or be reviewed for wallet credit depending on the generation state, provider response, and wallet records.
Wallet top-ups are processed through Stripe Checkout. Create4Less.com does not store full credit card numbers. Stripe may process payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. A successful card payment does not guarantee that every future AI generation will succeed or produce a usable result.
AI outputs are probabilistic and may be imperfect. Outputs may contain artifacts, errors, distortions, unexpected elements, factual inaccuracies, style mismatches, poor composition, incomplete motion, unusable details, or results that do not match your expectations.
Create4Less.com does not guarantee that any output will be accurate, unique, original, non-infringing, suitable for your purpose, commercially usable, platform-compliant, legally protectable, or accepted by any advertiser, client, marketplace, social network, publisher, regulator, or other third party.
You are responsible for the prompts, text, images, files, references, brands, names, likenesses, creative direction, and other materials you submit to Create4Less.com. Only upload or submit material you have the right to use.
Create4Less.com does not claim ownership of your prompts, uploaded inputs, or generated outputs as between you and Create4Less.com. Subject to these Terms, provider terms, applicable law, and third-party rights, you may use outputs you create through your account. However, Create4Less.com cannot promise that an output is copyrightable, exclusive, commercially safe, free from third-party claims, or clear for any specific use.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, selling, licensing, distributing, advertising, or relying on them. This includes checking for intellectual property issues, likeness/privacy issues, misleading content, platform rules, advertising rules, client requirements, and applicable laws.
Create4Less.com relies on third-party providers for AI generation, payments, hosting, storage, email, security, and other operations. Provider availability, model availability, processing time, pricing, output behavior, and technical requirements may change without notice.
Your use of Create4Less.com may also be subject to third-party terms, policies, and technical restrictions. Create4Less.com is not responsible for provider outages, provider errors, provider policy changes, delayed webhooks, model removals, pricing changes, or third-party processing decisions.
You may not use Create4Less.com to create, request, upload, distribute, or support content or activity that is illegal, abusive, infringing, deceptive, harmful, unsafe, or inconsistent with these Terms. Prohibited uses include, without limitation:
If a generation fails, appears broken, produces no usable output, returns the wrong format, or appears to involve a wallet/billing issue, you may submit a review request where available. Review requests are evaluated using the prompt, settings, provider response, generation status, output assets, wallet transaction history, account history, and other relevant records.
Wallet credits, releases, refunds, or other remedies are not automatic. They are handled according to the Refund and Review Policy and Create4Less.com support review.
Create4Less.com may limit, suspend, ban, close, or restrict accounts, generations, wallet top-ups, downloads, support access, or other features if we believe there has been abuse, fraud, legal risk, payment risk, security risk, prohibited content, policy evasion, excessive review/refund activity, or other harmful conduct.
We may remove, hide, or restrict access to content or outputs where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, providers, or legal compliance.
Create4Less.com, Four, the website, Studio interface, code, design, branding, copy, workflows, model guidance, pricing displays, internal systems, and related materials are owned by Create4Less.com or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Create4Less.com or its technology.
You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, frame, or exploit Create4Less.com except as allowed by the service and applicable law.
If you send feedback, suggestions, bug reports, feature ideas, or improvement requests, you allow Create4Less.com to use them without restriction or compensation. This does not give Create4Less.com ownership of your prompts, uploaded inputs, or generated outputs.
Create4Less.com may change, add, remove, pause, or discontinue models, model options, prices, features, wallet rules, review rules, provider integrations, and pages at any time. We may also update these Terms. Updated Terms apply when posted unless a later effective date is stated.
Create4Less.com does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, advertising, copyright-clearance, platform-compliance, or other professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining any professional advice needed for your use of prompts, uploads, outputs, or commercial projects.
Create4Less.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Create4Less.com disclaims warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and output quality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Create4Less.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, provider failure, failed output, unusable output, third-party claim, or platform rejection arising from or related to your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Create4Less.com's liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to Create4Less.com for the specific generation or wallet transaction giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Create4Less.com from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your prompts, uploads, outputs, account use, violation of these Terms, violation of law, violation of third-party rights, or misuse of the service.
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable where Create4Less.com operates, without limiting mandatory consumer protection or privacy rights that may apply in your location. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some sections may not apply to you.
