Last updated: August 3, 2026. This policy explains how Create4Less.com collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the website, Create4Less.com Studio, Snap, Four, wallet features, generation tools, community features, support forms, and related services.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to visitors, account holders, Studio users, support contacts, and anyone else who interacts with Create4Less.com. By using Create4Less.com, you understand that we process information as described here.

2. Information we collect

We collect the information needed to operate Create4Less.com, protect the service, provide support, and keep a clear record of wallet and generation activity.

  • Account information: name, email address, password hash, verification status, account status, login and security-related records.
  • Studio information: prompts, negative prompts, uploaded source images or files, selected models, model options, settings, estimated costs, generation status, generated outputs, projects, assets, ratings, notes, and review requests.
  • Four information: requests sent to Four, Four's advice, prompt/model/settings recommendations, whether advice was applied, and the final generation choices connected to that advice.
  • Wallet and billing information: wallet balance records, reserved amounts, completed charges, wallet credits, Stripe Checkout references, transaction IDs, top-up records, and related metadata.
  • Support information: contact form submissions, support category, message content, related generation or wallet top-up IDs, and follow-up history.
  • Community information: feature suggestions, model requests, Showcase titles and descriptions, the exact output selected for submission, prompt/name visibility choices, website public-display consent, optional official social-media permission and revocation records, review status, and Create4Less.com responses.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, session data, timestamps, error logs, audit logs, provider webhook data, and basic security records.

3. Payment information

Wallet top-ups are processed through Stripe. Create4Less.com stores wallet ledger records, top-up records, Stripe reference IDs, and payment status information. Create4Less.com does not store full credit card numbers. Card and payment method details are handled by Stripe according to Stripe's own terms and privacy practices.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

  • create and manage user accounts;
  • operate Create4Less.com Studio, projects, assets, downloads, and generation history;
  • submit generation requests to supported AI providers;
  • provide Four's prompt, model, settings, cost, and quality guidance;
  • estimate, reserve, settle, release, and credit wallet amounts;
  • send account, wallet, generation, review, support, and security notifications;
  • investigate failed, broken, duplicate, disputed, abusive, or suspicious activity;
  • respond to support requests and review requests;
  • review voluntary Showcase submissions, publish approved submissions according to the user's visibility choices, and respond to feature or model requests;
  • improve prompts, workflows, pricing clarity, model guidance, and product reliability;
  • maintain audit logs, security controls, backups, and operational records; and
  • comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, dispute, and enforcement obligations.

5. AI providers and third-party processing

Create4Less.com relies on third-party services to process some generation requests, payments, storage, email, analytics, security, and infrastructure. This may include sending prompts, uploaded inputs, settings, and generation metadata to supported AI providers so they can create the requested output.

Create4Less.com does not intentionally use your prompts, uploaded inputs, or generated outputs to train its own foundation models. However, third-party AI providers and infrastructure vendors may process information under their own terms, privacy policies, technical controls, and retention rules. Do not upload anything you are not comfortable submitting to a third-party AI generation provider.

6. Generated outputs and stored assets

Generated outputs, previews, thumbnails, uploaded source files, and related metadata may be stored so you can access your assets, download outputs, review generation history, request support, and understand what happened during a generation. We may also inspect these records for billing accuracy, quality control, abuse prevention, security, and support.

Account creations remain private unless you deliberately submit a specific output to the Showcase and an administrator approves it. A Showcase submission records your website public-display consent and whether you chose to show your prompt or account name. Your email address is never displayed in the Showcase.

Official Create4Less.com social-media sharing uses a separate optional permission that is off by default. If you grant it, approved content may be used to promote or advertise Create4Less.com in regular, boosted, or paid/promoted posts through Create4Less.com’s official social accounts. Social media platforms will receive and process those posts under their own terms and privacy practices, including the technical rights needed to host, distribute, and display them. Removing social permission or withdrawing the submission stops new social uses, and Create4Less.com will make reasonable efforts to remove official posts it controls. Copies retained through platform caches, archives, screenshots, downloads, or third-party reshares may remain beyond Create4Less.com’s control. Limited consent and revocation records may be retained for moderation, legal, security, and audit purposes.

7. When we share information

We may share information with:

  • AI generation providers that process generation requests;
  • payment processors, including Stripe, for wallet top-ups and payment verification;
  • hosting, storage, email, security, analytics, logging, and infrastructure providers;
  • social media platforms when you separately authorize Create4Less.com to share an approved Showcase submission through its official social accounts;
  • professional advisers where reasonably needed for legal, accounting, tax, security, or business purposes;
  • law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, property, users, or the service; and
  • a successor organization if Create4Less.com is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality or transfer safeguards.

We do not sell user prompts, uploaded source files, or generated outputs as standalone creative assets.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Create4Less.com uses cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions such as login sessions, security, form protection, preferences, and wallet checkout flow. Third-party services, such as payment processors or security tools, may also use cookies or similar technologies when you interact with their features.

9. Emails and notifications

Create4Less.com may send service emails and in-app notifications about account verification, password resets, wallet top-ups, wallet issues, generation completion or failure, review requests, Showcase decisions, feature or model request updates, support messages, and account restrictions. If Create4Less.com later sends optional marketing emails, those messages should include an unsubscribe method where required by law.

10. Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain your account and assets, support wallet records, resolve disputes, comply with legal/accounting/tax obligations, prevent abuse, and maintain security. Some records, such as wallet ledger entries, payment references, audit logs, support history, and review decisions, may be retained longer than regular account content because they are needed for financial, operational, legal, or security reasons.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

12. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain uses of your personal information. You can update some account information from your account page. You can contact support to request help with privacy-related questions or requests.

Some information cannot be deleted immediately or completely if we need to keep it for wallet records, payment records, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, fraud prevention, audit logs, backup integrity, or legitimate business operations.

13. International users

Create4Less.com may use service providers located in Canada, the United States, and other countries. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed or stored outside your province, state, or country, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

14. Children

Create4Less.com and Snap are not intended for use by children. Snap users must be at least 18 years old.

An adult may submit an ordinary family photograph that includes someone under 18 only after confirming permission from that person's parent or legal guardian. Create4Less.com uses photo analysis and family-safe workflow restrictions to limit which templates may be used. Family-safe creations remain private account assets and are not eligible for public showcase submission. Uploaded photos, prompts and outputs are still processed by the service providers described in this policy.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Create4Less.com changes. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website, account area, email, or another reasonable method. The updated policy applies when posted unless a later effective date is stated.
