Copyright and IP Policy
Last updated: July 8, 2026. This policy explains how Create4Less.com handles intellectual property concerns involving prompts, uploaded inputs, generated outputs, and public or stored content associated with the service.
1. User responsibility
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed for the prompts, source images, files, references, brands, names, likenesses, and other material you submit to Create4Less.com. Do not upload or generate content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
2. AI outputs and ownership limits
Create4Less.com does not claim ownership of your prompts, uploaded inputs, or generated outputs as between you and Create4Less.com. However, AI-generated content can raise complicated legal questions. Create4Less.com cannot guarantee that an output is copyrightable, exclusive, original, non-infringing, commercially safe, or free from third-party claims.
3. No standalone resale of the service
You may not use Create4Less.com to scrape, resell, repackage, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service itself, its interface, workflows, model guidance, pricing systems, Four advice logic, or internal technology. You also may not use Create4Less.com to create a competing model-selection, generation-routing, prompt-advice, or asset-generation service by copying or automating the platform.
4. Reporting an IP concern
If you believe content connected to Create4Less.com infringes your rights, contact support and include:
- your name and contact information;
- a description of the copyrighted work, trademark, likeness, or other right you believe is affected;
- the specific Create4Less.com URL, generation ID, asset ID, user account, or other information that helps us locate the material;
- an explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized or infringing;
- a statement that the information you provided is accurate; and
- confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder.
5. What Create4Less.com may do
After receiving an IP concern, Create4Less.com may review the information, request more details, restrict access to content, hide or remove material, suspend generation or download access, notify the account holder, preserve records, reject incomplete or unsupported complaints, or take another reasonable action.
6. Counter-information
If your content or output is restricted because of an IP complaint and you believe the complaint is mistaken, you may contact support with details explaining your rights or authorization. Create4Less.com may consider the response but is not required to restore content where we believe there is legal, provider, platform, safety, or account risk.
7. Repeat or serious infringement
Create4Less.com may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in repeat, serious, abusive, or high-risk intellectual property complaints.
8. No legal advice
Create4Less.com cannot determine every legal question involving AI-generated content, copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, fair dealing, fair use, licensing, or commercial clearance. You are responsible for getting legal advice where needed before using an output publicly or commercially.
